Policy Summary
All course fees paid to Noor Al Marifa Institute are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our training programs and the immediate access granted to course materials and seat reservations, we do not offer refunds once a transaction is completed. Please ensure you review the course details, syllabus, and timing carefully before making a payment.
The only exception to this policy is in the event of a technical error resulting in a Double Payment (e.g., if you were charged twice for the same course due to a system glitch or banking issue).
In such cases, the duplicate transaction amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
If a duplicate payment is confirmed, the restoration of funds will take approximately 19 to 20 business days, depending on your bank's processing procedures.
If you believe a double payment has occurred, please contact us immediately with your transaction reference number.
